About Melinda.
Culture is a silent language. Communication calls it into being. Whether active or passive, troubled or well, an organization's cultural health is the product of people and communication.

My philosophy on training and consulting sits at the intersection of experiential learning and strategic communications, where emotions, analytics, practicality, and dynamics of "whole brain thinking" provide balance for the sustainability and health of an organizational ecosystem.

A passion for improving communications competency in people and groups flows from decades of leadership experience in trades education.
My forte for designing communication junctures that serve to build trust and excellence in organizations flows from a master's in Strategic Communication and Leadership. With education as King and experience as Queen, I help organizations function and operate from a state of unimpeded flow.
